The Temperature Verification Kit enables you to verify the operational oven temperature of the Micro Carbon Residue Tester (MCRT) (97400-3).

The kit consists of an oven lid which incorporates an iron constantan thermocouple (type J), when placed on top of the MCRT oven the internal oven temperature can be seen during the test. It includes a digital thermometer output that can read thermocouples.

The temperature is displayed on a hand held portable digital thermometer which is supplied with a UKAS calibration certificate at the prescribed 500°C test temperature.
